Designation : Finance and Accounts Manager

 

Requirement : 1 position

 

Qualifications:  Post graduate in commerce/MBA finance/CA

 

Experience:  4 - 5 years corporate experience in a mid size company.

 

CTC: Could be in the region of Rs 4 – 4.5. lacs p.a.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.       Financial Planning and Accounting

 

Ensure that the books of accounts and records are in order.

 

Ensure that the financial requirements such as returns, formats. MIS are met timely.

 

Provide periodical financial and management information to the management.

 

Manage the annual audit process.

 

Implement and then manage the monthly cash flow process.

 

Manage and control the treasury function.

 

Facilitate the annual business  planning process, detailing the role of each department head

 

Handle all legal matters relating to taxes including tax audit assessment

 

Recovery of payments, managing bad debts.

 

 2.        Compliance

 

Reporting, and accounting as per regulatory legal requirements including Company Law, taxation, dividends, annual report, returns and accounts.

 

Liaison with the appointed Company Secretariat to ensure compliance.

 

Liaison with Insurance company and secured all property and expected liability of the  organisation.
