Job Description

• Will be responsible for overall supervision of accounts and finance for the group and will report to the CEO
• Management of Funds & should be well versed with Budgeting, Costing and statutory provisions.
• Finalization of accounts.
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet and profit and loss account.
• Gathering and supervising all the financial information.
• Cash flow provisions and month end closings.
• Managing relationships and catering information requirement of financers, auditors, taxation authorities, rating agency and other external institutions.
• Experience in handling direct and indirect taxation including service tax.
• Bring in process and system which will help in smooth functioning of the entire accounting system.

 

Requirement

CA with 7 to 8 years of overall experience.

Ability to handle complex reporting and work relationships

Result oriented and strong execution skills

Problem solving ability, with ability to think across boundaries.

Good team player.
